+brian noel Thanks Brian. I'm slowly acquiring parts for it. I actually don't plan on painting the frame lol. If I ever do it will be black. Can't go wrong with black lol

Like the idea for the tool. Had the same problem as you did using , it needs a flange to keep it centered, it but managed to put it on. My problem right now is the play in the upper bearing assembly. I am using a triple tree fork. Im getting almost 1/4 inch of side play. It seems that there is a missing crown race either a 36 or 45 degree in the set. I had to order a new race set( one 36 the other 45) from China. None in the US on Ebay. It will take about a month to get it China post. Did you get the same play in the upper part of the head?

This project is freakn me out! Where do I find the headset? Ithought I had the right one. But I am told I need a 44mm headset. And I am not sure which one to grab. pls, I need assistance, bad. lol
