How do you connect the Kumo Cloud to multiple thermostat's which are on their own zone? Surely you dont need to buy 3 Kumo wireless controllers?

You have to buy one per indoor unit.

I’m just looking into this too. I have 4 heads in my house so thats a big expense. I did find the wireless station that looks like it goes on the condenser outside and it can control all of the units inside. It’s still about $600 though.

@@maikwho Can you share the name or model of this? I have enough indoor units that this approach would be preferred.

My receiver is just stuck on WAIT even after resetting and reconnecting multiple times : /

Same. I sent an email to Mitsubishi customer support. I'm not sure if you need the Kumo PAC unit as well as the receiver and remote or not. The directions do not mention it but this video shows one being used.

@@ew4265 I have both the wireless receiver, it's remote "connector" and the wireless interface box too. It just stays stuck on WAIT...I've google into the unknown abyss trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. The instructions are piss poor for troubleshooting.

I request a video: ‘how to turn off air handler fan.” I have a Mitsubishi Hyper heat with SVZ-KP36NAMX air handler. On thermostat the fan is set to “AUTO”, but it runs non-stop 24 hours a day and it makes weird noises (sounds like gusty winds inside the air handler) and it blows cold air through all vents whenever the condenser is not operating. This defeats the purpose of keeping the house warm. I think that if the condenser is not active the air handler must not run more than 2 minutes. Any thoughts anyone?

Sounds kind of like the thermistor is damaged or the wire is shorted so the system is running the fan constantly. It’s easy to pinch the wire depending on orientation and experience with the equipment. The manufactures suggested routing of that wire for left-horizontal isn’t good. Had a similar experience on an install a year ago.

How do you unmount the wireless device from the wall plate, I can't seem to find a video that shows this and I don't want to brake the device.

Is this recommended for the mini split ?

Where do you mount the receivers? Surely you don't just let them hang there.

Mine is connected to my air handler

This video is very helpful, because the Installation manuals say nothing about removing the cap on the wireless interface to plug in the receiver.
