Yes you can but make sure you download the fastboot version for the Mi 11 Ultra, also note that TWRP will be replace with MIUI Stock Recovery

TWRP is not compatible with MIUI13, wait for a new update. You run the batch file which has all the required commands. You need to run it as admin to avoid having permission issue

Hello Bruv, have you ever come across a Xiaomi phone the booloader is already unlocked and greyed out? In other words you cannot toggled the bootloader.

If your bootloader has been unlocked you cannot toggle to lock it, you have to use Mi unlock tool. Please note that you can only lock if you flash the original ROM

Question for you, I flashed Xiaomi EU 13 weekly ROM to my MI 10 Ultra that had MIUI 12.5.10 Stable. Now I have a all kinds of bugs. I want to go back to MIUI 12 and wait for a stable MIUI 13 to be released. I still have the Stable 12 ROM on my phone's storage but I can't flash it with TWRP because MIUI 13 doesn't support TWRP flashing. I also cannot find a fastboot MIUI 12 ROM for my MI 10 Ultra. How can I downgrade to MIUI 12 Stable again? If a wipe is needed, how do I wipe it?

Yes, updated my mi 11 ultra from v12.5 to v13. What's not mentioned in this video is that you must have adb and the correct drivers installed on your windows pc. You can check if the connection with your phone is good by entering fastboot devices in your adb command screen. If you get a line with some numbers then you can run the v13 install file, the update one.

@deivid: It's working okay after several days. At first the permission app emptied my battery, cleared cache and all data for this app (you will get asked to allow things when you use an app after that). After that, the screen took a lot of battery but that has mellowed out after several days. The battery might still slightly empty faster than before but not so much that it's really noticable. Don't really notice much difference between v12.5 and v13 though but I have that with all Android versions :)

Flashed Mi 11 Ultra from China ROM (miui 13) to Xiaomi.eu (miui 13 stable). Comparing between the China ROM and the stable .EU version: The positives: 1) Notifications without delay (China ROM had delays of several hours) The cons: 1) 4k 60fps video mode has stutter in first couple of seconds. (none on the China ROM) 2) Video Stabilization option is no more - it's always on 3) Video stabilization is not great (was better on the China ROM) 4) 4k 60fps video mode has a noticeable delay/optimisation/correction/slide when panning the camera and then stopping it, the camera carries on sliding until it stops by itself - it is as though the stabilisation is working to correct itself but it is notoiceable and bad. (This was not the case with the China ROM). i would revert back to the China ROM if i could but i have an issue. My China ROM came with MIUI 12.5..., i then updated it to MIUI 13. Then i flashed it to the .EU rom. Now i am not sure which China ROM i should go back to if I want to enable the lock on Bootloader.
