Hello! Thanks for sharing. One question, how do you handle Live Chat during non-business hours? That is, if someone writes to you at night and you don't have Customer Support agents, how is the handling in that case? There is no way to activate Live Chat during business hours and SMS/Email chat for non-business hours? What options are there to meet this need?

There's nothing in place yet but I was in a townhall this week and they are working on fixing this issue as it's been raised by so many people. No specific date yet.
