It may work and may not. Its very buggy and unpredictable.

@@CelticWarband Yea.. maybe it's because my third age mos installation is weird... is based on kingdoms.exe while the file of the Battle immersion mod says "start medieval2.exe"... someone who managed to do it for non steam?

No it should work for nonsteam as well. Are you using the right controls? In the black box does the mod show as running?

Hmm. Did you run the mod AFTER launching the game? It needs to be after. If you launch it first then the game it doesnt work.

The top file in the folder. Double click it and it will bring up a black box. Make sure you launch the game first though before you launch the immersion mod.

It happened to me a couple of times as well. The mod isnt 100% perfect there may need to be some more patches.

How do you uninstall it? How do you make Medieval 2 not have the features? Getting rid of the folders didn’t work, neither did uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Is there a different process?

Deleting the folder from the mods folder should do it... as it doesnt overwrite any of the files on medieval 2.

Do you have steam version? If so, go to steam library, right click on med2 and go down to properties. Click the "local files" tab and then click "verify game cache". See if that fixes it (make sure you have deleted the mod from mod folder first though).

If there is no other way to uninstall it, how can I keep the bar on the top of the screen to stay there. The bar that allows you to give orders to your soldiers like whether to run or walk or retreat. That bar. How can I keep it there.

I can't uninstall the mod, I've got the weird setup for the battles. I can't highlight troops, and yeah. I've read the comments below, but its not helpful. Ok uninstall your med2 game in steam library. Then go to C/users/appdata/roaming/creative assembly. There should be a med2 folder there as well. Delete it. (The appdata folder may be hidden. Click on view and check "hidden items" and it will show up). Then right click on med2 go to properties. Then to local files then verify integrity of game files (if you cant do this step with the game uninstalled, install med2 fresh at this point and then do those steps). All of this should fix the problem.

Hi, I've tried the mod and decided to uninstall it. However, I have been unable to do so. I removed the mod folder, verified game cache, uninstalled the game and nothing worked.

@@Jimothyjohns I managed to get a solution off Moddb. What they don't tell you is that the mod changes your config file. Just change a couple of settings in there, add battle hud and cutscenes I believe.

Sorry I missed your comments! Did you guys figure out how to uninstall it? Maybe get a new copy of your config. file and replace it? That should work.
