thanks. look at 6:31. there you can see outside part has bottom plate which lower than ac and all condensate accumulated there and then drains down through the hole

So you cut an exterior double/king studs that I presume were load-bearing? And didn't put in a header of any kind? I would have cut the opening wider and taller to accommodate full header, sill and king studs. But "it worked" for you I suppose. Thanks for sharing the video!

from this double stud which I cut there is 8" to the right double stud next to window and stud on left is 16" apart. so there from stud to stud is 24" and ac is between them. wall is just 8' and nothing above ac. that stud was not bearing anything
