So check the ini files use port 3390 or something different. Maybe that will help

​@@jackson.caldwell In Ubuntu terminal type "ip a" You will see two paragraphs starting with 1 and 2 From 2nd paragraph take the IP first address on 3 row ( It will start with "inet" and will contain 2 ip's, you need first one) Use that IP as a hostname

You can install Fedora CLI using WSL. But setting up graphical desktop is different.

You do not want to dual boot Linux with windows. They need two separate boot partitions and hard drives. Do not do it any other way. Do not use windows version of Linux. Big Mistake!

When windows does a major update you will not be able to boot back into Linux until you fix it. My main point was to use two separate boot partitions. If you can do that on one HDD, then you're good to go. I personally don't like to mix win and Lin on the same drive even if it can be done now days.
