How to Install Ubuntu Bash Shell on Windows 10

Hi. If I would like to run and visualize graphical applications, how could I do? I'm new to linux and I need to learn how to use OpenFOAM for my student's activities. I heard of Paraview, but I wonder if you could give me more infos about that. Thanks.
