Thank you for displaying the long-coding protocol for the rear doors. I finally got them to work. In addition, I can confirm that (R 6 and B 18) is the correct placement for the wires in the plug. Videos by other posters on this subject have suggested a different placement.

It works on all VW's they have had these lights forever, my golf from 2000 had them with working lights from factory. What's different is the pinouts to use 😊
