Addon button didn’t appear after I downloaded files, extracted them, copied and pasted them to addons folder and restarted . What do I need to do to fix this ?

Excellent guide but all the WOTLK Classic addons on Legacy site are all out of date in Apr. 2024. I'm sure way back in Sept. 2022 when this video was current they were all up to date. But that's not on you. Thanks for the guide :)

well it didnt work for me i had to extract the file directy into the addon folder to see the addon button in the caracter selection screen
