First of all make sure your HDD is modified I mean EGG or Jtag coz it's home brew app and only works on modified console's

Well this is weird..try to format your usb through laptop or pc in Fat32 format type and then give it a try.. if problem remains try some other USB sometimes there is compatibility issue

Yes you can use USB.. i mean if you dont wana mess with the HDD you can download the xex setup and install it in your USB instead of your HDD and it will work fine

Does your USB icon appears on the xbox360 or not if not its not even recognizing your USB device try some other USB devices as well and make sure to format the USB device on Fat32 on your PC or laptop before putting it into your console, hope it helps 😊

I dont think that android has an horizon app.. you can search in the google app store but horizon is made for windows OS, it will never work for android OS
