When you place the markers they are typically just after the beat, so the video cut is slightly delayed. How can you do this without having to tweak the cuts afterwards?

If the track I want to use has a specific BPM lets say 90 BPM, and I'm uncertain of the BMP for the original video/audio track in which I am trying to replace the audio for, how do I determine its BPM in Adobe Premiere so that I can sync the movements to the BPM of the track I am intending on using?

I am literally pulling my hair out right now, because every time I hit M. It adds a clip marker. Not a sequence marker. This causes the option to add at un-numbered markers in the dialogue that pops up to become greyed out, as you must use SEQUENCE markers. Not clip markers. There is NOTHING online about a different button for Seq markers vs. Clip markers, and I swear to god I am about to jack this entire thing in! LOL SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING WRONG FOR THE LOVE OF GOD xD

This is edit to the beat, not the music. They do not edit to the beat even with Music Video because it's very boring.
