How long does it take for excel to download those 3700 stock quotes?

Good question! I closed my spreadsheet and re-opened it and it took 32 seconds to refresh the stock data. Of course you're probably going to download a lot fewer stock quotes than 3,700!

So how do you download all those stocks?

The formulas download the data into your Excel spreadsheet automatically once set up as seen in the video. I believe Excel refreshes the data automatically every few minutes.
