I think that those binds can work, i tried them out a bit and your edit bind finger is free so you can become consistent and fast with practice!

If you were to do a double edit, you would have to hit floor with your thumb and come with your index. These binds can work but you should probably try and take one of the builds off thumb/index and put it on your mouse or even your pinky(shift is a good option)

I use G for editing, V for ramp, C for wall, F for floor and my mouse button for cone, do you think these binds are good? I'm actually stucked at editing and building, but I'm too used to this binds, so I don't know if I can change them all... I would like to improve, but I can't, I can only edit fast the things that I'm used to, but I can't even do triple edits on normal speed. I don't use edit on release, I tried it, but same problem I think I'm to used to my binds and old habits that my mind can't process new things... It's really frustrating, because I would like to use my settings, but maybe I should change them. Maybe I'm just scared about it, because it would mean learning the whole game again

I think these binds could work a bit better if you spaced out at least one more of your builds. Me personally I would put something like my floor on shift and put sprint on ctrl. Then you have f and you can make that your edit or one of your builds. This will allow you to press all your builds at the same time which isn't needed but it helps you to be more consistent and fast. And for editing you can keep g but if your going to switch binds you might as well switch it to something more optimal in my opinion.

@@Keptical it sounds good, changing my floor bind to shift and edit on F, but I have a really bad habit, since the fortnite movement changed, improving the sprint, I always keep my shift key pressed even if I don't need it for running 😅. This makes things harder sometimes. How could I overcome this problem?

You should have fact checked a lot of these things because a lot of the setting were wrong and the settings that were right you didnt put enough attention on

For fps you shouldn't max your framerate at your monitors refresh rate you should do one higher so if 144 do 160 if 160 to 180 and so on but that doesnt apply to 240 because to big of a jump for performance mode on higher end pc dx 12 can be better and make your game feel smoother you didnt talk about disable pre edits which is really important for reducing input Deley so should have said why it's important to have off (so you can pre edit) same thing with edit on release it reduces input delay but dont suggest people to switch to it because the reason pros play on it is because of mucle memory and that's what they used for a long time for newer pro like copper use it on AND ALSO you need to turn energy saving modes off your pc is trying to save energy instead of running at max performance dont look at my comment as hate I was just saying that you should probably do more research to back up your statements you know

It makes 100% sense, if u change the edit bind on controller to, for example, click down left stick or right on dpad then there will be no hold of the default bind required to edit making it much faster to edit everything.
