It's actually the fact you are a victim of brainwashing. You don't really have any issue but the way media is generated, some people are more susceptible to simpler methods of subconscious manipulation and in turn you think you have an issue that is the same as the video that coincidentally popped up, when in reality you only have that issue because your brain noticed that video before you were even consciously aware of it.

Nipple cream did the trick for me actually. Sounds weird but nipple cream is made from sheep fat and is made to be safe enough for babies to be able to ingest it. Pushing a small bit of nipple cream into my nostrils moisturized my sinuses and that in turn allowed my immune system to fight off whatever was keeping my mucus dry all that time.

I have had a headache every single day since May 2023. It is very debilitating. Covid hysteria and incompetent drs have meant its taken this long to find someone to help me. 2 CT scans and head and neck xrays, eye health exam showed nothing wrong. Im at my wits end. I have a private ENT appointment in 5 weeks time. So long to wait while in pain. A public one takes a year here in New Zealand. The headaches are getting more painful and now seem to be concentrating more towards my sinuses and yet I dont feel congested and I have no ear pain even though the dr says I have fluid in my middle ear. CTs dont show it. Im going to try these exercises to see if any relief. I do feel there is something going on in my left sinus area and when I sit up after sleeping I feel it slightly draining. The useless drs here have given me no painkillers or antibiotics. Im totally on my own. Had a good cry this morning. Ive just had enough!. Glad to have found something else I could try 😢

This could be related to your neck muscles being too tight. I had the same thing and Dr's here in Netherlands told me tight Scapula Levator and Trapezius. Physio for stretching and strengething has helped a lot as has neck and massage.
