How would you do to be able to select a document from the attached files in a record. I have seen that in the DocuSign product demo but I have not ben able to do so. If you look a the Minute 6:08, you see a checkbox "Attach documents from Salesforce record" I tried that, but I couldn't go on without a document and I do no want that. Also, when I gave up and gave it a document nonetheless, my most recent document related to the record was not attached :( Any ideas? Thank you!

What does it look like when the client signs the form? Do you get a notification in Salesforce?

Can you merge 1 to Many data onto the document? Let's say, list of products purchased. In your example here you had 2 fields.

hey Lauren, at the time of merge fields it returns error msg as the account lacks sufficient permissions to use merge fields.

I know it’s been a while since you asked this question, but I just ran into this too. I had to reach out to DocuSign support and they had to enable it on their end. Email support and ask them to enable it. If you have the feature, they will help you and have it working in no time. Once they answer the email anyhow.

Can we have multiple docusign accounts connected to Salesforce simultaneously? So, partners/dept respective to their Docusign account can use?

I'd like to know how can i solve the error msg that I got when I'm trying to merge fields. the error is: "Unable to connect to the service. Failed to connect to the salesforce service." maybe do you have any idea or advice about this issue? thx again, Oz

When I try to add a Merge field I get the error message: This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use custom tab . How do I solve that?
