The direct translation would be, འབྲས་དང་བྱ་ཤ། but there is another term which thought being more general can be used, ཤ་འབྲས།

Chinese government are bullies to Tibetans. So Chinese miss out on having a truly beautiful Tibet. Chinese government don't know what they are missing.
