I enjoy watching and learning from your videos. I mean, I know nothing about real estate however, it's awesome to see different options to reach financial freedom. I sell cars for a way to put food on my son's plate, but based on what I've seen with your videos, I'm definitely in the wrong department to make money. Lol. I have $0 for a down payment(of course everyone says that), but if I were to jump on a system to take action with, I wouldn't mind teaming up with you and your pipeline of sources. As far as I can see you have a solid foundation, a method/plan that is obviously working, and you have client's/realtor's that show up on your videos so you get an opportunity to hear a 2nd or even a 3rd point of view on the subject. Work hard, save all you can, and buy the smallest place you can at the biggest discount. It will be a lot of work, but extremely worth it. There is another option, that works in most countries.
