Great job on starting! 😊 As a Real Estate Broker and consistent BPO (Broker Price Opinion) producer. It is not that simple. The BPO'S that I've done are more complex and a mini version of an appraisal. It may vary depending on the company requirements, but you have to go way more in depth than your opinion. You are looking at trends, the city, the blocks, nearby homes, get at least 3 comps, etc. I wish I could find a simple one like that. 😮

You sound like a rockstar broker. A “ mini appraisal” is a great definition of a BPO. Do you think most brokers treat a BPO like you?
