Eric…..this is one of the best videos you have put out. I am financially set because I made a goal when I was 20 years old to be financially free….not a slave to anyone as you said. I have been preaching this for all my adult life. If you control your time, you are rich because you are not a slave to someone else who uses you and your time at work making someone else richer. Most Americans cannot think this way because they spend all their income trying to keep up with their neighbors instead of INVESTING IN THEMSELVES. This is a great video, thanks. Also, better because you do not say ‘fuck’ like you do so much.

I’ve owned one 2 family owner occupied rental property since 2006. Finally just started using section 8 seems to be one of the best moves I’ve made. Im want more properties now ! 😂

***Attention Everyone*** No one needs to be taught how to do this and no one ever needs to pay to learn the Section 8 program. Anyone can learn how to operate a Section 8 program on their own for free just by calling their local Housing Authority. Every state and county in the US has a Housing Authority office. Please don't pay for a online class to learn this stuff. 60% of my portfolio is comprised of Section 8 tenants and i learned for free on my own, I didn't have to pay for any knowledge.

Solid tip action! Everyone I know in the business screams stay away from section 8.. im still very interested, but all the big wigs say it’s a terrible investment and super exhausting. If it pays good then I’m in.

Just watched Tommy g upload and everything you said I'm currently living but unfortunately I'm stuck I'm the game in sick to my core of doing but it's all I've ever done and my name is known as all that now so its hard to reverse it but your story is inspiring all my friends I grew up with are disceased last being just 2months ago how I'm still here I truly believe is for kids I had to just reach out and honor your successes and story hopefully I can take a lesson from your story I noo only to well and try to achieve some of that lifestyle and changes I want but in a small Ireland city you don't get much opportunities 🍀🤜🙏

💯 ~ Watched this last night this is your BEST video to date on Section 8 Heres the thing the bank wont do me in favours or give me a loan However I know somone who has actually been working at the front desk of one these Section 8 type of Properties in Vancouver BC Were the opiod crisis has been at record breaking levels for years This person makes about $30 per hour. Works full time there for about a few years now With her level of credit and income would the bank aprove her in Canada For a loan to aquire a Section 8 propery ? theres no way shes gonna come up with a $250,000 down payment either So how can the Section 8 strategy your presenting. Work for her What's the solution for her to be approved by the bank and get into this business Respectfully
