About the taxation, it's now flat 12.5 % . There is no more 20% LTCG with indexation benefit after budget 2024

One correction: You can claim 25% tax deducted on dividend in US from Indian government under DTAA.

Yes but its not just like TDS Refund. its a just tax credit and useful only when you have good amount of Dividend income and fall under highest tax slab bracket.

Tax rate to same hai chahe US me karo ya INDIA Me karo.. 12.5% on LTCG.. bs india me 1.25 lakh ki exemption hai baki tax rate same hi lagega.
