Hi Matthew. My iPad has 13.5.1 on it. I just bought Notebook today and for the life of me I can not find the little window/bar at the bottom of the page you say to slide Notebook down to. I have had iPads for over 8 years now but no luck with this little project. What am I missing? I’d sure like to thank you for the great job you do with all of your videos.

Yes of course! But I find using the slide over helps me not timeout and generally stay more focused on the shot. Everyone is different so experiment and find what works best for you! Good Luck 🍀👍

Hey William. It’s like the new iPhone without a button. You gentle pull up from the bottom middle. Then drag notebook into to then drag the whole thing to the right side of the screen.

Erelic Gaming. Hello again, Matthew. I hate to admit it but I have still had no luck in getting Notebook incorporated into GC on my iPad. I would sure like to use this new App (for me). 29 years of Macs and 8 years of iPads has left me pretty frustrated with not being able to make this happen. I have watched your video no less than 20 times. I guess I don’t get the part on exiting GC and bringing down the Notebook icon. My iPad has 4 pages of App icons. How do I exit and not get right back to the icon page which leaves me with no Space bar to drag to? I appreciate your patience in producing a teaching moment for me and maybe others.

Blade Eric the only way is to jailbreak the device and use a totally different program for a grid similar to android. The use of the iOS grid is intended for people who can’t use their hands to use voice controls to tap certain quadrants of the screen.

Hey Bruce! To my knowledge this has never worked on iOS as it’s an iPadOS only feature. However, it may have been added to iOS since ethos video was released, of that I’m not certain.

@@2mbRaider thanks for the kind words 🙏 this is a built in iPad feature that really has nothing to do with Golf Playdemic and their software. If your iPad isn’t Jailbroken I’d recommend with Apple to see if this feature still exists in current iOS builds. Otherwise you might just need to set it up again.
