You've probably learned like I did...all the rules are a great base, but you gotta find your own way.

I needed this. Been feeling really discouraged cos I couldn't isolate using a method i was taught . I didn't even finish the set 😢. Thank you 🙏🏾❤

I'm sooooo glad this helped! TRUST ME...it gets better! Please don't stop. Don't let that session stop you. Try using different ways to isolate. Try grabbing different tweezers. Try using tape. Try anything and go from there. I promise you this is just the beginning. It's ugly. But the greatness after...it's worth it!
