Fun fact.... Victor and Niko are the only GTA Protagonists that previously served in the military. Victor Vance actually served in the Military at the start of GTA Vice City Stories, before being dishonorably discharged by Sergeant Peppah for Drug Possession and Bringing an unauthorized individual into the Military Base. Niko Bellic served in the Serbian Army during the Yugoslavian Civil War.

To be honest Claude from Gta 3 would be best soldier existing ,he is capable to make things done .Like Joey said "He is aint Italian but he can make things fixed." and sure he does as long as he gets paid .One bad thing is that he has no sense of loyality and would just work to a guy who just paid more than others so he would be good as mercenary for some military group.
