It means how high you throw the ball for example a five is how high you would throw a ball if you were juggling 5 balls hope that helps

It’s called a side swap if you do t understand

In this context, 5 represents the high crossing throw, 3 represents the medium crossing throw, and 1 represent the low crossing throw.
