Rebel, you rock! 🤙 I love how you explained riding “the lift” with your knees instead of wasting energy jumping theory part. I understand the assignment now!! I’m in the trying to jump on the transition part of learning and noticed sometimes it felt easier or harder but didn’t know why. Can’t wait to try this out

Yes! I think this will make a huge difference for you! Another way to think about it is like the pump is one big jump instead of jumping at the top.

When she did the first the jump going down the ramp, I caught myself cheering "WOOOoooo \😃/✨" outloud for her 😂 I got really into it, your teaching is so natural and helpful, it feels like I'm right there with ya being taught.
