I was using the erasable pocket from Dollar Tree to keep up with my ITH 4x4 & 4×6 projects since they are small. Once I saw @Bingham Bliss & then @The Sew Crafty Teacher using the same method, I was like "Great Minds Think Alike❗" Now that you @Angela Jasmina are using the system I know many others will also try this organized method as well. Great work as usual Honey Bun❗Maybe I will be able to make videos soon for my channel, meanwhile I will do what I do best watch,learn & support others❗💪

You should get the magnets with hooks and put them on the machines and you can hang them when doing the project so you don’t get confused which folder/pack is for that shirt.

Just a small tip! When I print out my Etsy packing slips I print out 2 or 4 on one paper to reduce my paper use. When I have 30 orders at a time it easier to print out 7 papers and cut them with a straight cutter instead of printing 30 papers. 😊

Omg I love that idea. I make clothes and I can cut out all my orders and add them in their before I sew them. Also what might be a good idea is how you do your designs and put it on your machines you can label your machines and the packets so they could know the design is on that machine.

I once worked at a printshop and we used those folders to separate customer orders, they called them “Job Jackets”. They’re great for jobs as it moves through different stages of production. You might consider a holder for them.

You should get a basket to put those in as you add the contents in a file type system and save steps back and forth. As you finish the order have another basket to place finished orders in ❤️

I've been using this method for about 4 years now. I generally include any packing materials, whether it needs instructions or a certain type of mailer, etc. I do wait to print shipping labels because I personally hate it when I check tracking on an item I've ordered and it states a label was created and the post office is waiting, so I know my customer would hate that, too.

Love your videos! Just a thought of the paper tray holders from the dollar store. You can get them in different colors to code orders like you wanted. It would be easier to maneuver. Keep up the great work!!!
