It really works. I have installed cool tiles of another company at my roof. & room temperature have become significantly lower than before in summers. Earlier my Rooms temp. Used to be around 36-37degree, unbearable to live without AC. Now it's only 30-32 degree. Now AC's takes very less time to cool Room.. Whole house is cool now The only cons of these tiles are- these are small in size tile & hence water could seep through spaces, even after bonding tiles with grout & using spacers. Moreover You need expert & honest Mistri for installing these tiles & filling gaps.

Also recommend fix tiles by waterproof cement like Ambuja kavach Or Ultratech waterproof cement...and also use SRB and Groute(not white cement) in space joint feeling...I'm getting very good results with

Unlike Roof Colouring Process which withers away with time and then we need to re-apply after a few years, will the tiles efficacy be the same lifelong or do we need to replace later?

I haven't used these tiles but it seems obvious that the coating will withers away in few years or sooner. It's not a permanent solution.

No bro, paints cannot absorb atmospheric blow like rainfall and high temperature and they fade away after some time.

If I use cold tiles, Can i avoid any kind of cooling medium inside false ceiling? If i have to use internally too, which method should I prefer?

The tiles will work when exposed to sun light. If you use inside of the house it will not have any impact technically in comparison to other tiles. It can be used on external wall / roof only for better results. If you want to use internally, you can use with tile adhesive for better adhesion.

Orient bell Ltd Cool tiles have slip resistance of R10 ( Pendulum test value 22-25 on wet condition and dry condition 40) which is moderate slip resistance.

Great idea but when we build first floor what we have to do. Should we remove the titles at that time and build ?

Hi generally the first floor can build with out removing the tiles. But when we do concrete slab, we use lot of wooden supports and do lot of tampering of surface which will damage the tiles finish. If tiles not damage can fix fresh tile on old tile using adhesive mix.

Does this really work in extreme climate like when we have 45 degrees outside? I have serious doubts..Also hve some apprehension on seepage since the size is small and if grouting fails then you know what gonna happen

Yes, as shown in the video there will be differences in the surface temperature of cool tiles to concrete or Marble or stone surface by approx 15 Fahrenheit degree. The tile's surface is seepage-proof. Regarding the grout, we recommend using a spacer and the space should be filled with epoxy grout to withstand weathering over time and avoid seepage during heavy Rain falls.

If you want to make house cool then you should put Asian paint apex after cleaning the roof . Coating should not be too thick because if it would be thick then rain would wash it or papdi ban k ukhad jaegi .so it should be thin double coat

I have recently done it because it was very unbearable to live on top floor for us in the March month only where temperatures were around 35 37 oC BUT after applying the paint it tooo cool in the rooms that literally can avoid fans 😂 and roof are cool right after the sunset before it remains hot till mid night. Even during day I came to my roof to see how much heated bare foot😂 but not so hot . You should try you going to love this .

Tiles leave space or not cool tiles for roof Orient Bell ? Area 250 sq ft, if you don't leave any space between the cool tiles will they crack ? Your rep from orient bell cool tiles told me to not leave space while putting on roof these cool tiles, but in your video this person has left space.

Hello sir use of spacer between the tiles is recommended for easy installation and maintenance. This will act as expansion gap which take expansion/contraction of concrete and avoid crack generation. Hope this helps.
