Kiting every single hunter is different, same thing like countering every single hunter is different too, experience is your best teacher. My persona has been shared on this video too. that galatea was so sweet ;; i love when hunters say "you did good, here's hatch" like absolutely they do not ever have to give hatch if they don't want to! (it's really frustrating and upsetting when they make you think they'll give you hatch and then don't, but...) but it's always so sweet when they do give hatch.

Yes, many people didnt know at first, that having a electric mark is an advantage itself to kiting and rescuing, because as Geisha Gaming mentioned, that Hermit normal hits are 1.20 damage, so by sharing damage, you can help to prolong the kite, but the main weakness is the decoding debuff that comes with it when decoding connected ciphers, although do be careful as most hermit players are now bringing teleport so that when they hit the first target, they can transition to another survivor with the mark and achieve tier 1 quicker, which helps hunter to hunt better.

It is not the weakness for this strategy but that's Hermit ability, make connection, share the progress to prevent cipher rush, that's why we hv to share damage since beginning (go get colour), but also knowing when to share and not to share damage ya (either the one that being chased or survivors that're decoding need to know when to switch polarity colour) So like you said, what if Hermit change target? Well it's not gonna be easy for them too because of the sharing damage, still could share damage with the 2nd, well unless they change target to someone that didn't know how to kite Hermit or let say they don't even have polarity colour and not knowing the tips that I shared here 02:52 (take that polarity on mid kite and turn to majority colour, do the math). As you can see on this video, this Hermit also bring teleport since beginning ya, but they didn't change target, because they also could go teleport to wrong cipher since the connection make all connected ciphers are wiggling. This video was from last week and this player is B badge Hermit 08:51 which means this week they alrd are A Badge in Asia server, they know what they need to do as Hermit 😊 we could get a win tbh if prof take normal hit instead ts on end game because there's still sharing damage with magician.

True, but one way of how hermit detects which ciphers are in being decoded, by using his skill to connect ciphers, he can view the progress bars of the ciphers and can decide from there from whichever are higher. Observation, communication and tactics are key to every match, I bet you will make it to A badge Journalist very soon! 🤗

​@@williamstormrage2868seeing the map as Hermit is not 100% a guarantee that you will find survivor on cipher that has higher decoding progress yaaa, they might do other cipher and that's also why I still can find some high tier Hermit did this mistake. I've been watching your videos for a while and it gave me a lot of insight on how to kite! (I couldnt last long before but now on average its at least 30-40 sec before I get panicked and TS LMAO) Your Journalist gameplays have also makes my day and I've been playing her recently -- as hard as she is to use she is also so fun (It's so satisfying whenever orphy was used against hunter hh) ! :D Seeing you and Bleber's teamwork (and sometimes with randoms too) makes me always strive to help teammates out (even though most of the time they don't 🥲) so that we can achieve a win!!

prof/magician not swapping polarity on the gate is why first match was a draw rather than a win, hermit has a built-in hardcounter unlike most hunters, might as well use it (either sponging one hit for journo = she doesn't get knocked out of the match nearly as fast = hermit isn't freed up to go try and gank a 2nd survivor for draw quickly)

Like I said on previous video and also on this video is because recently on my rank on Asia server, people are hesitate to play rescuer or bring 36 (only 5% want to bring tide). That's why I took the role. I can kite long enough as Journalist eventho if I'm the 1st chase, and if I'm not the 1st chase then I can do my job for multiple rescuing 📷

Once you hv heartbeat then run as soonest as possible to different direction, hiding in safe place sometimes good too. Well transitioning or keeping distance from hunter is easier when you bring 39 persona but if you bring 36 then you hv to get ready kiting all the time ya
