Your work is IMPECCABLE, EXCELLENT and so motivating! I started knitting about 5 years ago and did it for a month and then put it aside and never went back to it. I found your channel last month, and I have picked it up again with all the ideas you have in every video. Not only it’s a wonderful craft but learning to knit all this new colorful stuff has truly helped my stress, anxieties, and depression. I have already asked my husband to buy me your book and a Sentro Machine for my birthday next week. And This Christmas EVERYONE is getting a knitted item inspired by you. Also, the colors your use for your pieces and the background for your videos and how you edit them, makes them very happy and cozy to watch and i don’t ever want to fast forward through them. Please, please POST MORE VIDEOS, we LOVE ❤️ watching them. Thank you sooo much for helping me rediscover how much I love knitting and how much it helps me mentally. You’re a ROCK START, Diana!

Oh my gosh what a sweet message!! I'm so glad you've found joy through my videos, that is the goal!! I get so much joy (and de-stressing / relaxation time) from working with my machines and it's a dream to think that my videos could inspire the same in others!! I definitely plan to get back to filming videos for the channel in the next couple of months! I'm a bit of perfectionist so each one takes about a week of editing, so I needed to take a little break-but I'll be back with more new videos later this year! Thanks again for your kind words and encouragement!

I'm wondering how much stretch there will be on the handles once you add weight to the bag..an idea crossed my mind that you could include a length of scrap cotton material inside the strap/handle, sewing it in place inside, then once you add weight to the bag it can only go so far...also perhaps line the inside of the bag for the same reason...otherwise I rather like the look of them...

I used weight 3 yarn on the sentro 22 needle machine and it is too thin of material. the weight 4 yarn is too thick . it gets stuck on the 22 machine for the handle. any suggestions

Is there any way to make This bag without the smaller knitting machines? I only have a sentro 48. Would I make a flat panel instead and seam it together to make the handle tube? I'm sorry I'm still learning to use this machine.
@DianaLevineKnits3 жыл бұрын
Hmmm. You could definitely try knitting a long flat piece and using the mattress to seam the side to make a tube! I haven't tried it myself so I don't know how it would look but it seems like it would work!
@victoriamoxley44013 жыл бұрын
I was wondering the same thing? I wonder if it would work if you make a tube in the Sentro 48 then fold it in half before attaching it to the bag? In probably way overthinking this 😂 Such a cute bag I’m willing to try it!
@DianaLevineKnits3 жыл бұрын
@@victoriamoxley4401 I was thinking the same, but I think the handle would be really heavy if you did it that way. You could try it though!
