Firstly, please take no notice from rude people who make sick comments. I’ve been struggling with socks on 4 dpns for months, then reduced to 3 but got really stuck on how to divide for the heal. Hello. I am binge watching your videos, they are great. You might want to check the voice over directions for the heal somewhere around the middle the stitch counts got mixed up. I absolutely do not enjoy toe grafting or sewing seams so I tend to make socks toe up in the round. LOL But I saw your red sock video and was curious. That sock seams itself.. wonderful!!! I also did your glove pattern with those magic fingers....GENIOUS !! Your videos are so enjoyable and relaxing to watch. Thank you.

Hi Brandy, thank you so much for the tutorial. I just had a question as to when you knit the heel for the right foot. You mentioned that it is the left 16 stitches that you make the heel on and then you continue as normal. Was wondering if you'd recommend slipping the first 16 stitches off the needle onto a spare needle or stitch holder whilst knitting the heel, before slipping them back on when knitting all of the row? Sorry if that's obvious, I'm a bit of a beginner 😂 And, thank you again for such a wonderful tutorial. I love how clear you are and it really makes your projects easier to knit ☺️

I think you should knit the 16 first stitches and then start knitting the heel as she does in the video

I tried it, and I agree: knit 16 and then do the same as her (I had a problem with the yarn tail because on the left sock it's in the first stitch but for the right sock it's in stitch 16 - so not the first stitch of the heel, which looked a bit ugly.)

When you get to the heel, how many "double loop" stitches should I make ? 5 like in your video (in this case I end up with more than 6 stitches in the middle since I have more than 32 stitches in total) or should I keep making more "double loop" stitches until I have 6 stitches left in the middle ?
