I never heard it expressed that way before. Acceptance of craving versus resistance of craving. Wonderful insight

See his recent interview „I renounce my attainments“. At least he apologized for claiming completely unrealistic and deluded attainments. Unfortunately many seekers with a Guru-Complex want to believe so hard. Delson was honest in his recent interview and pointed out that a lot went wrong… on many levels. For this I truly respect him. That said, your channel is great! I was not critizising you in any way Ilona!

Thank you for comment, I looked it up. I haven’t been following drama around Delson, so I have no comment on that. But it seems that he has been going through a lot. And I hope he is well.

He did renounce in some sense, but he also reframed the goal of the Buddha-Dhamma to align with his own standards of awakening. This is akin to someone searching for heartwood who initially claims to have found it, only to later discover it was merely twigs and leaves. Instead of striving to find the true heartwood, they then declare the twigs and leaves to be the heartwood. In doing so, he has merely lowered his standards rather than trying to raise them.

All you need, is have a single glimpse of the void, through a direct experience. You will let go of seeking because you will be seeked by the pure awareness itself. You don't need to practice on anything anymore. Ramana Maharshi's path to WhoAmI could be a starting point, if that is all you are after. ❤🙏

Yes, a single recognition of the void, emptiness, nothingness is a turning point. But practice has got nothing to do with it, so it can continue. You may think that practice gets you somewhere or you may practice for the sake of practicing. If it falls away, then that’s that. Something new can emerge out of inspiration.
