Giving issac wife,was a direction,He was told to marry from God's linage,gods do not tell them to marry Rebecca,born again Christians should marry born again Christians, GOD must not call a name Rebecca,just as GOD must not call a particular name,but can lead u to where his own are and u choose, Understand what the servant of GOD is saying & besides the whole scripture no one has ever being giving a particular name to marry, But if u think holy spirit will call a name for you it can b a personal dealing with you not a doctrinal or biblical issue, Open ur heart and receive anything God gave his sent servants to teach you,

13:52 Please, brethren, the leading of the Holy Spirit is very crucial in choosing a spouse. You may see the things you are looking for in a spouse to decide if he/she is right for you. However, what about the things that your natural eyes cannot detect, and only the Holy Spirit knows and can reveal them to you. IAbrahan's servant knew that he was unable to get a perfect fit for Izaac, so he prayed to God. Avoid sermons that tell you to choose a spouse carnally. Those pastors will not be there when your marriage is in troubled waters. BE WISE and READ your Bible and DO it God's way!

God is still in the buisness of choosing a life partner, it may not happen to all of us but there is a level of faith and prayers to get to God will speak to you on who to marry. I didn't talk to my wife, neither did we date because God spoke to me that she will be my wife without me having anybody nor herself in mind, and told me that some challenges would come, do you know what that challenges is overcomed now, pastor God can still tell you who to marry.

God's will is God's will. It is good, permissible (acceptable) and perfect. Put in the work by trusting God to lead you, and sticking with the principles laid down in the scriptures. A believer, a faithful man, then check your own preferences in terms of personality, physical attraction and same values/compatible vision.

If truly we believe the scripture that says. "It is God that worketh in us both to will and to do of his good pleasure then you must have faith that he will not put in your heart a wrong desire. His word says " how shall a young man order his steps, but by delighting in the law of God. Ife we must trust the integrity of the Father that he is able to give good gifts to his children like he said in his word that if you earthly fathers knows how to give good gift to your children how much more your father which is in heaven will he not give you good things. We will not all see vision, or see a prophetic screen like some did see or hear a audible voice. If a man or a woman prays and he or she is opened to the leading of the spirit he or she can be sure that nothing will go wrong and most of the times God brings revelation knowledge like this message our path. Wisdom the scripture says is justified by her children. I believe everyone us must come to that place where we can milk wisdom out the word of God and run by this wisdom rather than looking for the dramatic. God said in his word that the voice of your teachers shall not be far from you which is one of God's system of help for many who has not trained their spirit to discern the leading of the spirit. There are dimensions of God's power that are hidden in his principles ands laws. Proverbs says " where there is no vision the people perish, but he that have the law shall live by it. There are times that running by divinely inspired instructions from the word of God will save us many years of labour.

To teach that God doesn't choose a wife for people is not a good teaching. They are people God choose their wifes for. Most of the things God does to his children are personalized dealings and this should not be taught as a doctrine because there's no scripture that says God chooses or doesn't choose a spouse.

Most of the teaching here is not biblical. Marriage is a life time commitment. It is a solemn covenant which must be entered into with diligent search of God's perfect will by the leadings of the Holy Spirit. This is the most important relationship and covenant after salvation. Listen to such teachings like marriage is easy blah...blah...and regret after you foolishly and ignorantly marry. They say marry in haste and regret at leisure. It is worthy waiting upon God patiently until Lord confirms His choice for you irrespective. Ask. Seek. Knock. Mercy and grace will prevail no matter tests and temptations. Did God choose a wife for Moses, someone with the destiny to redeem the Israelites from Egypt, what about Joseph?He even married Pharaoh's daughter. What about David?Jacob?Joseph? etc.All these men had important destinies pertaining the Kingdom of God and God didn't choose a wife for any of them.Your problem is just religion.
