@@jakepinz4281i don’t doubt it but it’s funny because he’s a whole different player between 5th to 8th grade. i do think it’s funny he attributes it to watching youtube instead of growing

Former WR switched to LB because more aggression and versatility but I still love coming back to your content! Your videos were great for when I was a WR and I appreciate the good content helping everyone out and making good entertainment while your at it!

Also coach i have a question. When a db is playing off with inside or outside leverage, you say attack their shoulder, but the sometimes you say to close distance and attack their leverage. Is because one is suppost to be done when their playing zone and one is done when playing man?
@firstdowntraining11 күн бұрын
I would say it’s based on the route. Like let’s say you have an inside shade off man guy at 7-8yds. If you’re running a post, you’d attack his outside shoulder/hip & sell fade to cut under him. Let’s say you have to run a 10yd out- you’d angle the stem of your Route at him to move him inside then break to your out. So it’s really based on the route. Hope this was able to help somehow

Hey Coach, Im coming off a hip injury and it happened about a year ago. Im 100% and i want to go and play for a football team that is a decent high level. Im about 6ft 1 inch and 165lbs, I wanna play some receiver position but I dont know how to train to be one. I just started watching your content around the beginning of this NFL season so September 2024 and I was wondering if you could give me some advice because you help so many young kids out there.

This might be kind of hard to answer but do you think it’s harder to go d1 as a Receiver or Tight End?

I would say probably TE- just because size matters a little more
