Sidhant Subudhi Omg amazing.. never give up. Its crazy how our same side of the story is the same. Its cool that almost all that has happened in my life. Except now my left arm is healing i still cant stretch it all the way up above my head thats why i cant do any arm work outs yet until im 100% i could do the calisthenic work outs for arms and chest. So now my body is not balanced. Especially the dislocation caused a dis balanced of my back it looked curved the first 3 months
@emmanuelm.a.52776 жыл бұрын
Come on bro, don't give up! I have to tell you... About 6 years ago I had a back injury, one of my vertebras was broken into 3 pieces, and the next two vertebras suffer damage as well. Then I required a surgery and after that, I had to keep in bed for two months. Those two months I couldn't move even down from my bed. I lost most of my strength and when I was able to move again, was like a baby, with someone taking care of me due to my strength lose. But I was patient and started doing very light exercises like swimming and that helped me a lot to regain mobility and a bit of strength. And now I'm able to try every possible routine of Thenx (not like doing the maltese, or techniques that hard but I'm working on it :P ) Bro, after all my story the point is you must give your all to your recovery and with patience you will get your skills and strength back. Good luck bro :)

After doing these progressions a few times a week for about a month I went from being able to put my legs out fully for not even a second to being able to hold it for around 10-15 seconds, I'm chuffed to bits with that. Using ankle weights and a weighted vest for the first set or two helps a lot because just like with any resistance training, your body learns to adapt to the weight so when you do it without weight you almost feel weightless. Thanks again Chris. Can you do a handstand tutorial like this with Shawne please, sticking to basics. I'm an absolute beginner with it.

As an electrician I'll always go for Clipsal or HPM for a couple of reasons: The Clipsal standard series has been available since the mid 1970s and the 2000 series since the 1980s, I have a pretty good chance of being able to match the existing outlets if this is needed. Ditto for HPM. The Clipsal 30M and HPM 770M switch mechs are readily available, to get replacements for HEM, SPM, TDM or others is an effort if you need to change one out. If you ever want something thats not the normal accessory ie round earth, single outlet with two extra switches or a 20 amp outlet, outside of Clipsal, HPM or PDL you'd be struggling. Add onto the range of flash clip on faceplates you can get and the fact that they shouldn't drop to bits in a hurry ( I work in a building which has Clipsal 4 and 24 series outlets made in 1972 in regular service) I reckon you can't go too far wrong.
