With all your explanations, I am qualified for a healthcare assistant role and I am currently working in a hospital. I have been researching and trying to apply in Ireland but most companies are not ready to offer sponsorship. I tried using HSE form in some roles I am qualified for but the documents they are mandating to upload include a signed page of international passport which is not possible for anyone yet to be there What do advise i should do I have passion for healthcare assistant and I feel fulfilled doing it. If you can do the job application for me and I get you paid , that will be fine for me

Thank you Ria, I got unfortunate msgs always but I have 7 years experience as a Healthcare Assistant at a hospital and online care diplomas bt no positive response.Also, some companies on indeed they ask QQI level 5 or FETAC.

@@abahesther3994 you don't need the course, but the issue is that they don't accept people who are nurses from the "red list" countries. I have been applying too, but they keep rejecting mine. You can still give it a try
