in laning phase, I often just use my w at 50 heat to manage it, should i instead use e?

I usually don't use W to manage heat, instead I use my Q and E's. I use W when I am trading and want to block damage. However, there is an exception: when you hit level 3, if you want to gain 50 heat fast, I think you can use it. I hope this helps! Feel free to ask any other questions.

usually, you take swifties if you are short on gold, but honestly, the Ionian boots are op right now, so I would take the Ionian boots. But usually, sorcs are the best on rumble.
