You are so awesome. Thanks. Would I use similar settings on the regular F1?
@DiodeDesigns18 сағат бұрын
No, the F1 is a much less powerful laser. I do share all of my materials settings for the F1, F1 Ultra, P2, P2S and more with my subscription members though! buymeacoffee.com/diodedesignsllc

Very nice, succinct video of your process and settings. Very Helpful should I be asked to take on a similar task with my F1U. Thank you for sharing!

@@DiodeDesigns Do you plan to use critical focus or us a de-focused condition to broaden the lines?
@DiodeDesigns18 сағат бұрын
@@toddbenko6701 im not sure what youre asking. I set the focus to normally. I do not de focus.

@@DiodeDesigns Yes. I had come across so many people identifying that they defocus the blue diode beam by 1-2mm so the glass fracture (Frosting) is a little more diffuse rather than tight focuses lines and the lines tend to produce more chipping? On curved surfaces like this people sometimes set the focus at the mid point between the highest and lowest point in the etching area. Your jig got the glass pretty level.

@@toddbenko6701 yeah the jig makes a huge difference. I highly suggest it. I don’t defocus and I haven’t needed to haven’t dealt with any chipping
