Love this! Can I ask what method you were using when you hair wasn’t long enough to pull it back to keep it flat? I shaved my hair and I’m growing it out but I’m at that awkward stage where it’s too short to style (pull back) and do braids but it’s puffy under a wig.

😂same here I too shaved my hair after my 5th child was born because I was losing too much hair and it was too much for me now my hair is an inch long and doing better with some oils I'm happier now but it is so hard to slick my hair down since jell can hold them got to be glue did not work so I'm looking for anything 😅thanks for sharing

I WAS LOOKING EVERYWHERE FOR A VID LIKE THIS, I've never worn a wig before but now that I've chopped off a bunch of my hair I wanted to try it out but only saw ways to lay it down for long hair XD go figure... and my hair like still poofy on the top lol sooo yeah anyway I loved this thanks so much for making this video!!

Eco gel isn't good for curly hair that you want to lay flat. It's base is water which curls our hair more. 3bs and up use edge control instead eco styler gel isn't meant to lay down hair. Use, jam n shine. And see how much better.

What if your hair is really thick and dry your hair looks soft

I would dampen it to allow it to move easier. Any protective style will be best if your natural hair is moisturized under it so always give your hair some tlc too but if you just want to mold it under your wig, I would use water, leave in then gel & you should be good. Hope that helps!! 💕

Do you think hair has to be wet before the gel? I washed it yesterday so it’s dry now

You can do it dry but I preferred to do it damp. I think it’s easier that way and you a just refresh with a little water but it doesn’t have to be drenching wet. Does that help?
