Omg i loved the bass lmao, was embarrassed when he said it’s not the greatest 🥺

true. loved the simple bass. maybe he's just being humble. =)

I was having trouble making catchy basslines, I think the problem was in the complexity and amount of information I wanted to put on my bass. Incredible video :)

Yooo Joel, Thanks for sharing this video, it's absolutely helpful. However, many of your listeners (including me) don't have tools that you use in this video: LFO, Diva and Operator. These tools are only accessible if you have Ableton Live Suite I guess... I am using Standard version and perhaps I speak for many others of your listeners as well. Is it possible to remake such videos while only using Ableton Live Standard tools? Love the work you do mate so please continue!

Hi, have you found any videos of alternative ways of creating these kind of basslines without having Ableton Suite? Or did you just upgrade? I have standard as well and finding it difficult
@joeydomhof64802 жыл бұрын
UHE Diva is a standalone plugin. LFO and Operator are indeed part of suite. I don't think there is a way around investing a little in suite and/or plugins if you're serious about producing.

Could you please make a video were you use serum and design the bass(es), I can not seem to figure out how to get the bass sounding like that. It just lacks character and sounds so robotic…
