It starts with a good perfume ladies. I'm telling you even the high end ones sometimes aren't the best quality. You shouldnt have to layer 3 different types of strawberry for your strawberry perfume to pop. I'm telling you. If your perfume doesn't atleast 5+ hours on it's OWN, it's not a good fragrance. As long as your body is clean, your fragrance is supposed to perform.

Also, pay attention to what kind of perfume you're getting. For example, eau de parfum and/or parfum will last longer bc it has less alcohol in it. Eau de toillet has more alcohol content so it won't last as long.

To make your perfume last on your skin, use vaseline(preferably the stick) and apply is everywhere you are going to spray your perfume. Also, spray some on your clothes as well!

It starts with taking a good bath first many people forget this step first 😂. I’ve been doing this smell good thing since I was 14 years old, almost 37 years and. Every job or place I go people tell me how good I smell. Or ask me how I smell so good so long and I joke around “I will have to charge you if I told you”. But the reality is taking a bath every morning before getting dressed because it opens my pores and by the time I’m dressed and ready to leave the house I don’t have to worry about getting sick. Because I have allowed myself enough time for my pores to close before going out. This works for me and may not work for everyone else.

omg, i've been doing this for years and it totally works, i layer body wash, lotion and the body spray and then top it off with the perfume!!! Also if you don't have a floral lotion to layer , for instance if you just have a plain lotion like Vaseline, you can spray the perfume into the lotion and mix it in as well!

This is not how you layer fragrance ladies. It literally does not matter which body wash you use in the shower. By the time you spray your perfume, the body wash scent has dissipated. You can lather up your body with organic shea butter and STILL have long lasting perfume. What makes a perfume last is the difference between it being a toilette vs a perfume vs a parfume. Plus body chemistry. The more oil in a parfume, the longer the silage/projection. It’s oil and body chemistry.

Also, know the differences between perfumes. Eau de parfum/parfum will last much longer compared to eau de toillet. According to google: An Eau De Toilette typically contains around 8-15% fragrance oil which lasts around 4-6 hours, in comparison to an Eau De Parfum which typically contains 15-30% and can last up to 8-10 hours.

Make sure you put on a good amount and not the little 2 spray mist these internet people do on top of their clothes. After you get out of the shower, spray chest, neck, between breaststroke, wrists, and under arms (not the pit). Let it dry before putting on clothes. If you are wearing a heavy scent, you only need a few pumps but you'll know how to gage it.
