Hi , i am very interesting by this video combining PIR with LDR. I have a project where i want to light on when it is dark (when it is the night only) and when someone is walking in the garden. I don't want to use an Arduino but only an LDR connected on a PIR. Watching your video, it seems that i have the same model of PIR as you. I tried to solder a LDR on the RL plots into the PIR. It is not working properly well for me. Can you help me ? What kind of LDR are you using ? Is there a special PIR model to use the darkness feature (RL plots) on the PIR ? Let me know please thanks

What is the specs of LDR ? I am trying to use a 5539, but it isn't working. It only disables motion sensing when the light is very clear, like when I am pointing a flashlight to it.

Yes bro. U can. U can control the led strip(on/off) using the pir sensor. U connect the output of the sensor to the base of any npn transistor or a MOSFET, and refer the videos about transistor as a switch.. thank you☺️
