I was once an assistant manager. I am very aware that I did not effectively communicate with my subject. I wanted to be a good leader and tried to figure out how my supervisor was such a great one. When I thought about it, I quickly noticed that she was always praising coworkers, definitely fixed problems with lazy ones as they arose and kept a respectful, monotone & calm voice when confronting coworkers about problems. I still don't think I know enough, so I want to take a class, if such exists. I highly thank you for this video Chisgule.

@@walkertrokey395 lol Actually, my alliance leader wasn't doing much so I just messaged him. I never even suggested that I wanted it, only that he should pass it along to one of the more active members. All I did was maintain us until we managed beneficial merge with a main alliance.

i think you forgot to mention the diplomacy part......sometimes double standard is created by leaders and they dont deserve it ...i was jumping with some players who i been played with for month we lead different top alliance in new kingdom but now when it comes to kill event and war and rewards ... more selfishness and double standard appear... and we didnt want to hurt each other because kvk coming ,, but at the meantime our differnet concept make the gaps betweeen us bigger... in this case i tryed many ways to solve the problem using those method you mentioned in the video.... but seems like sometimes drama happens. we need a grand leader in the family .. but each alliance leader lead good in their own way but not really get credit equally when it comes to benefits... what would you do in this situation ....or in other words how did you work with your other ally or family or even marvel your enemy.

Chisgule I have a question, as someone who started on a newer server (a little over a month old), wouldn't moving to an older server such as yours put us at a disadvantage? I am currently 5.5 mill power and zone 3 has just opened, however if I moved to K51 most players there would be much much higher and as such my lower power would limit my ability to do AOO, compete in events and so forth?

Not to sound arrogant but I consider myself a good leader, however the original leader of my alliance left and put me in charge of a fully dead alliance. No one talks or responds, or helps with building or rallying. What do I do? I've tried in several ways but can't make the zombies move. Remove everyone and start over? 80 mil power and 60 members would be gone then.

I will be good a guide about the early stage of an alliance, because, early in game (in my experience) no one engage, only 2 or 3 members, max 7 if you are lucky, and all alliances in which I have a leadership responsibility fall because of that, no communication, no one participates in the initial wars, nothing and at the end the alliance falls Edit: Also any tip for how to select the alliance R4?

Alright, so I have a question, what if our leader hasn't responded or talk in over a day n night long period of time, as well almost being dragged into a war with another alliance which could potentially hurt our alliance? I was personally msg by the alliance who was attacking in our territory and he sent a so called letter of termination for leadership in regards to the leader of the alliance I stand in now, I'm currently taking on the position of warlord and it feels as if I'm being called to something bigger and even the leader from the other alliance made a comment and I don't take it lightly, I respect my leader MDSQ 100%, however with his recent absence it's been taking a toll on fellow alliance members and I can see members trust walking away, I don't know what to do, I message my leader and told him what happened between the leader of the other alliance and I spoke truthfully on everything that was discussed and mentioned, even the letter of termination for leadership, I'm honestly baffled and purely lost at this point on what to do, I've been running things this entire past night and morning and even earlier yesterday evening and it's throwing my sleep schedule off tremendously but I can't leave my members behind with no officers or any leadership, so chisgule if at all possible, will u help me on this one, I know this video is over 2 years old but it's the 1st video I watched for leadership tips and I Even liked and subscribed to your channel, so if any advice or help you could give like u do for your own fellow alliance members, I ask for the same. Thank you, for all ur help in this video, it opened my eyes and heart for leadership and role modeling in many ways.
