One gem knowledge that improved my life is:- The realisation that I know absolutely nothing about anything at all. This realisation opened my curiosity like never before. I felt the power of I DO NOT KNOW. That power made me a seeker of Truth. And so I consider that realisation a gem. If not for that realisation, I would never have felt the pain of ignorance and the pain of ignorance would never have become a screme.

"Preconceived notions kill our curiosity" as in our syllabus of jee , our seniors tell us that this( like rotational or calculus etc ) is more tough to learn and so it became tough to us ... so, don't make any perceptions for any of ur chapter b4 finishing it off. At the end u will wonder how well u understood each n every concepts.

The one gem of knowledge that improved my life is the awareness about subconscious mind of mine. I now know that it's there and it's vast, deep, and powerful than the mind I know before. This improved my quality of life. Before,I used to go with what mind wishes, being a teenager it was very tough for me to stuck in one particular point with complete concentration, mind always distracted me from what I planned to do. Like how tears come from eyes and dropout touching the faces and then fading, my plans orginated from mind,I executed it for some time and then it fades, it irritated me a lot. But when I came to know about my subconscious mind, which is superior to the mind which controlled my deeds, I realized the power within me and started commanding my mind, and disobeying my mind. This knowledge or realization is the gem of my life .

There is more than night and day difference between Knowing and being able to implement the knowledge. Most fortunate are those that get the guidance of the right mentor who helps to dispel the "I know it all attitude". So true - "no body knows it all..." that's a good line to remember to keep our ego at bay. Thank You!

The cause of the miseries of the humankind is ignorance, and the solution to it is 'knowledge.' The more knowledge we have, the more we will be on the right track. Those who develop this attitude - 'I Know lt All,' their learning stops, whereas those who are 'Ever Eager to Learn' grab the distinctive knowledge that make the whole difference in their life.

"तस्माद् गुरुं प्रपद्येत जिज्ञासु: श्रेय उत्तमम्", "परिप्रश्नेन सेवया", "प्राप्यवरान निवोधत"। - Being inquisitive about the highest good, one must approach the spiritual master, who has traversed the path himself and is situated in the realised knowledge of the Truth. This inquisitiveness, this curiosity or the hunger to know is very important in spirituality.

Pranams Swamiji, very inspirational video. The gem of wisdom I learnt from this lecture is to always have a child like curiosity in the world with an open mind and positive attitude to learn, understand, and grasp knowledge and facts. Do not have any preconceived biases or notions and do not make judgement without knowing the full facts. Ignorance is definitely not bliss and the cause of human misery whereas with knowledge one becomes more aware and informed. There is no end to new knowledge and hence always be curious to grab new factual knowledge with a beginner’s mindset. Thanks Swamiji 🙏.

Knowledge is most important in life. With out it one can not progress in his life. Swamiji has rightly said ignorance can be dispelled only through knowledge.

Beautiful message by Swamiji on keeping your attitude towards ever learning alive by keeping your curiosity alive. Let us not succumb to preconceived notions and unverified beliefs of others. Let us keep a broad mind ever ready to learn new things and replace lower ideas with higher ones.
