@@MrRourk if i had known about these amazing monks and their skills, when i was much younger, i certainly would have 😔 at 58 now with several medical issues, i have missed my chance, knowing that i may have avoided these same issues with such training. 🤌🙏🙌

This is proof of how bad Western physical health is when it comes to our posture, strength and flexibility. I always admire how Chinas school systems and ways of life maintain a more well rounded physical body.

Yeah it’s pretty pathetic. I was just watching another video called “the 14 extreme trainings of shaolin monks”and there was a part where the guy injured his arm and the traditional healing monk does something and then he’s able to use his arm again! Here they’d just take a X-ray and stick you in some pills… ☠️they really got their ishhh together down there. They actually care about their own.
