make the most of the resettlement mate, and what i would say is save as much as you can now so when you get out there isn't so much pressure on you to find work immediately

I was wondering whether you would do a video on running a small business whilst in the army? As I have a few side hustles that I would to continue doing after my training, and was wondering what that looks like from someone who has successfully managed owning a business whilst thriving in their military career. Good luck with it. From my experience I wish I'd of had more of a plan when leaving and really researched different careers and had a long term goal. I think when you're leaving you think just getting a decent paying job is what matters but it's quite a lifestyle shift!.

I joined many years ago via junior tradesman unit. Straight from school. I came out D by P after 3 years. I was bored. Boy did I struggle in Civvy street! Hadn’t got a clue. Took me years to settle. With hindsight I should not have left when I did.

Hi Craig, thanks for the video. I joined at 16 and now I’m nearly 35, I’ve done 18.5 years so far but I’m at the point where I’m not sure I can stick it out any longer. Part of me wants to stay for the pension because I’m on the old 75 pension but I’m not sure it’s worth it anymore.

Hey Matty, not long too push at all, you could get to 22 and get the pension. That's why I left now because I didn't want to get to a point with only a few years left and not no if I could stick it out

My IERO was like rocking horse sh!t to get hold of 😂. She Ignored emails and changed her Skype status to busy if you asked her a question. I basically sorted my own resettlement. I had to copy and paste her signature onto forms to ensure that course funding was received on time because she was so slow.

I have a question as an American I’ve always been curious about. As you are an agent of the British government being a British soldier yourself are you still pissed off about the founding fathers of America being former British agents committing insurrection, treason, murdering thousands of British soldiers and having an out of control Boston tea party losing much of king George’s tea in the ocean? Also are the founding fathers of America still wanted criminals for these crimes awaiting trial in Great Britain? If so I have bad news for you as an agent of Great Britain. The founding fathers of America are long gone just so you know. Not even one is still alive not even the ring leader, George Washington. He actually became the leader of America overthrowing king George as not a king but as a president. It became a democracy for the people instead of a dictatorship. It was technically a crime but he was actually a very nice good guy. He was a great leader for the illegal United States government. As a matter of fact if they were still wanted criminals they lived out the rest of their lives in a great fashion of freedom in America. I was just curious???
