Hi, I live in Taxachusetts lol I currently have a single member LLC in Delaware and was wondering, do i convert that to S corp or C corp? I'll be wholesaling in the Massachusetts market first would the MA company be S or C corp?

So there are a bunch of trusts out there to use. I am not an attorney so I would direct you to the lawyers who specialize in estate planning

@@Cvsahin Correct. It is an S cop that I like when you are a single owner. The cool thing is you can control how much of FICA to pay the government through having the S corp give you a W-2. All the benefits of an S Corp just completely outweigh the single member LLC. Hey here is something you can look up I dint know If I talked about it we shot this back in September, but did ya know single member LLC's cant even deduct their food they eat???? It has to be with a client, perspective client and the IRS wants a mela log of who when and the receipt. CRAZY

If you live in TX then you should set up an S corporation in that State. Just dont make the mistake of a single member LLC

@@Cvsahin What if you wholesale in multiple states? Would I need an S or C corp in each state I wholesale? Would I need an LLC in each state as well? Would I be able to just set up 1 LLC in Wyoming instead of in every single state?

Yes, you would only need your LLC if you were making a business about wholesaling. But if I'm correct, you do need a real estate license to wholesale in certain places, but most places don't require it since you're more of a sales person then a real estate agent.
