I thought you could just Double Close in Oklahoma just like Illinois without having a License?

Do you need to disclose you're wholesaling and making a profit even if the property is listed on the MLS?

For California where you have to disclose you are wholesaling and intend to make a profit is that for MLS listed properties also and if you are double closing or using the LLC exit strategy where you assign the beneficial rights to your cash buyer before the closing takes place do you have to disclose all that also if you are not assigning the contract?
