How To Let Go Of Anger And Hurt

In this video I am going to teach you a simple prayer to begin the process of forgiveness and healing from the pain and hurt people have caused you. Don’t let other peoples dysfunction control your freedom. It is possible in and through the Holy Name of Jesus.
HERE IS THE FORGIVENESS PRAYER:
Say out Lord:
Heavenly Father, In the name of Jesus, I forgive x person, for x.
In the name of Jesus, I release x person from all justice due to me.
In the name of Jesus, I bless x person.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask that you forgive x person for hurting me.
In the name of Jesus, I ask that you release them from all justice due to you.
In the name of Jesus, I ask that you bless them.

I will do as you suggested . This person who has hurt me is one of the ministry leaders ( not a priest but a lay person )&has been put in charge of running the church that I attend , & because of the hurt she caused me I am finding it so very hard to do any further ministry work that needs to be done . Yes I have spoke with the parish priest about this & he listened me & agreed that she had made quite a few egregious things about me but he still appointed her in charge . She has admitted that she had hurt me but only after I talked with our priest did she acknowledge this . I feel I can continue to attend church & place my focus on the Mass & God ,but do not feel I can do any ministry.
