****** PLEASE READ********* Some people have been struggling in Act 1 & 2. After looking at the POB the beginner trees are not split into enough parts. I have amended the POB to make the beginner tree much more understandable and added some notes into the POB. Correction - on levelling links: In act 2 if you are still using a bow with no elemental damage on it do not equip elemental damage with attacks. Stick with faster attacks/added fire. Slot Ele DMG in once you have an ele bow. Looks like I also say delete the Ranger and start a Ranger : ) I obviously mean Duelist

Having tried it a few times now, just feels like such RNG on the gear, getting a good bow and rings makes it go from a struggle to so smooth. Not much you can do about that, I think all the advice from the vid should really help in those first few zones. Looking forwards for league start and playing it for real, thanks for the guide!

I played your raider LS build a few seasons back when it was super strong. I usually use guides to get a rough idea of what I want to do but know enough about the game that I just need an outline. These guides I follow through and through. Like literally leveling and basic crafting. Love it man. Channel would take off if you did the typical click bait thumbnails and titles. Also wouldn’t hurt if you just made random top x league starter guides and linked them to people that have good guides. I totally get why content creators do these things. I’m a small business owner and there’s a lot we have to do to make money lol. Good luck brother

Loved this build did a leaguestart test to maps yesterday got there in 630 while shooting the shit with my buddies. Wouldn't try to use the bismuth flask again saw a couple streamers toying around with trying it but I just couldn't keep it up through bosses!

Awesome, thanks for this. Been waiting to see if you'd still recommend a raider first then into dualist on league start before practicing. Recommend folks take the extra couple of seconds to confirm they are exiting to char creation not existing poe or you'll have to suffer the queue again. Think Havoc did that that in the recent race, wasn't ideal.

Good overall build and explanation, a little tip both for your audience but also for you, on your videos but more importantly on your written guide i guess, you should add on top of them a date ! Indicating the last time you updated your build guide, so in that case people can be sure which one is the lastest. Like if in your video you have a POB link and above it, it shows update : 15/08/2023 while on the written guide, update : 18/08/2023 at least people are sure that the written guide is the last one to have been updated in theory, its important like i said for both people and yourself to keep a good tracking on what its done

Quick suggestion for Craft of Exile. In the Simulator it's a good option to change the Generation Type to Fixed and setting the Fixed Type to Items, and generating like 100+ items. Also, enabling the Distribution Tables is a good idea, because it gives you an idea of what other mods appear how often, without having to go through the generated items individually.

There should be lots of stuff from 3.21 on the raider. There may be a mastery or two that no longer exist as the videos would have been made in 3.20 before league launch. I would use the written guide but both builds are super easy to level. The gear will be exactly the same except the uniques change so just make sure you follow the Raider guide to check gear.

why not points in leech mana on the right side or even mana/hp on the left and pick up 10% instant leech. This gets rid of mana potions early and allows for a diff flask. (just a suggestion no flame) Also loving the build thank you for this. I needed something with rain arrows love the skill so much.

I did try but you often don’t have enough dps to leech on bosses even with the nodes so I tend to add them in later on. I don’t tend to run anything other than quicksilver mana and life flasks until later in the campaign but feel free to take them earlier this is more just a guide

RoA overlaps. It fires 21 arrows and from my testing it hits with around 4-5 on a normal sized enemy much more on bigger targets. It is hard to estimate exactly but I think 5 is about right

Yes I played a Raider last league and went into an omni setup as decided I wanted to stay on the build and it worked really well so I am sure Champ will function as well when you get the gear

Raider is a tad more offensive, champion more defensive

@@K1m9857 I think you will be unlikely to have low enough mana cost to switch. Also you don't really need it since you can't use power charges and can get frenzies from blood rage

Hi Fuzzy, quick question on getting to low life. Would there be a big downside of instead of using the Corrupting Fever-Lifetap-Second Wind approach, we instead simply dual wield the cheap Midnight Bargain in our alternate weapon slots? I think that may give us instant low life as weapon swapping would take up 60% of our life. We would need to make one extra button push (X twice) but it would save 3 gem sockets in case those could be used for something... Thoughts?

Yeah that works fine you just lose the extra 25% life gain , so have to be ready with the life flask. If you wanted to fit in Molten shell you could also put your corrupted fever in a weapon swap to free up sockets

The 25% life gain comes when we proc adrenaline, and adrenaline would proc on the weapon swap to the Midnight Bargains...I am missing a mechanic I think if we would not benefit from the 25% life gain on the swap..

I did a couple SSF runs and really liked this build. I have a couple questions. first - what is the interaction between "point blank" and "longshot". it seems like they may be cancelling each other, but I dont see that based on the text or POB. Second - I must have gotten a good long bow on my first run, since it was smooth sailing, however, on my second run I hit a wall and could not kill oak because my damage was too low. this was again with a long bow that I had some added ele. do you have some minimum breakpoints? thanks again

Oak can be a pain. I have done a few runs where I got no gear and do not remember not being able to kill him. If your bow has very little ele damage on it you would want added fire to be in your links and probably run herald of ash as your phys damage will scale better at this point. One option is once you have taken the bow and phasing nodes go straight to precise technique and pick up precision from act 1. This should put your accuracy above life and pretty sure you can get here by level 18/19. This should give you the extra damage you need. Also remember to mark him and drop ballistas

You want your corrupting fever to only take 50%-60% of you life. With this set up you are using more than your max life. Drop it to a 2 link for now and it should be fine

Just a very nooby comment. I tried galvanic arrow+mirage + 2 iron ring and against Brutus it was completely brutal. Need to get close to him to deal high damage but window to do so is so narrow and flasks are drained quick. Won't have many portals during league start too. For me caustic arrow worked much better.

Yeah go with whatever works best. Were you dropping ballistas and putting snipers mark on him. If you use ballistas you should not need to portal back for flask charges. If you had the bow you start with it will be rough as this has so little damage on it

Actually looking at the POB the levelling trees are not split up into enough sections so it might be you took life before proj damage. I have amended the POB to split the trees up a bit more

@@FuzzyDuckzy Dropped ballistas but they die fast. Will improve on the bow next run. Also thanks for making the pob more detailed. Problem with this fight is it is difficult to practice since he is so deep into the prison. But few points I noticed to make the fight easier. 1) First lure him to open space. 2) Place totem slightly out of his slam and not too close to each other. 3) Kite him only when he is attacking the totem to conserve mana. 4) Decoy totem would help too :D 5) Don't panic!

Champ is better overall especially once you get to level 78 and get the unique belt. Before that Raider is probably quicker and more fluid to get to that level, but after that I think Champ is better

There isn’t really one as most people switch to tornado shot when they have farmed up 30-40 divines. Grimro is probably your best bet but his build will be super expensive. If you want TS to do all content it will be 100s of divines as bossing means you either need 100 mil dps or good defences and both cost a lot

Yeah the item progression will be mostly the same, just check the raider guide as things change a bit as it uses different uniques, but when levelling using the 3.21 guide would be fine. There is also a raider update video I posted last week

You need to use mana to gain inspiration but not to benefit from it. Rain of arrows will use mana with all of these set ups once you are on a 6 link. I should have probably been clearer that you don't need to look at mana cost on gear until you get a 6 link

just a warning for begginers, this isnt a begginer's build, if u dont know how to make currency, if u dont know how to craft the basic gears, if u dont know how to upgrade gears during leveling do not do this build, its not a no brain league starter, u need to know what you are doing!

You obviously haven’t tried it the build gets to mid tier yellow maps on pretty much no gear and a 4 link. It does not need much gear to push to red maps and this video clearly explains how to gear up. This is about the simplest build to gear up. If people can’t get this build to red maps POE is not the game for them. I am also bringing out an easy to follow crafting guide if people need extra help Do not listen to this guy he is talking nonsense

​@@powxile5864 I did read it but I don't understand where you are coming from though. The bow to get you to end of yellow maps is get 1 essence of wrath, use it on a bow and craft more damage. My filter even highlights the bow and essences they need to pick up. I understand some people might not be confident in crafting but what builds can people play if they do not know how to use an essence or the crafting bench or pick up items that are highlighted on the ground. I do not think any build would be right for them. What build can people play where they never have to buy or craft any gear and expect to progress? Like I said in the video I am also bringing out a step by step atlas guide on how to make the money to progress the build that will be very simple I am not having a dig at you as I have met some players in the past that just cannot be helped :) I don't think I could have made the build simpler really and people do struggle I think it is on them as the guide literally goes step by step what to do and the written guide explains in detail how to craft items at each stage

@@FuzzyDuckzy i'm not saying the build is bad, the guide is bad or something like that, i didnt mean that are builds that dont need upgrades, i mean there's builds that u can easly upgrade by just picking weapons from the ground and identifying them without need to look for certain aspects. for exemple, i know players that even with your guide wouldnt make it sucessfully, (there's people that even with time cannot learn) i've seen alot of people struggling with trinity, ofc you explained correctly, but there's people that simple do not understand how things works, even taking their hands step by step, its a good league starter, and its strong, i was just speaking with the real begginers that struggles alot with those kind of things, your guide is one of the best guides i've seen this pre-league start. dont take it personally, i'm not saying its bad, sorry if i wasnt that specific, since i'm not english i might make some mistakes in my claimings.
